  Helios Resort, Kalathos

The "Helios Resort" project has been developed at the beautiful location of Kalathos, facing the quiet and picturesque Vliha Bay, in the area of Lindos. It is an excellent housing development only 800 m. from the sea, at an altitude ranging from 30 to 90 m. 2-3 villas of the highest quality and design standards are constructed on every plot. Pano Lahania Village

The project is in Lahania, one of the most traditional villages at the southern part of Rhodes, the least developed part of the island with a virgin coastline and green mountains with beautiful villages inhabited by warm, friendly, easygoing people.

The  project is an extension to the existing Lahania village. The whole layout resembles a rhodian village with a square in the middle where convenience stores will be operating for the residents’ everyday needs. “Pano Lahania” will have 54 houses, each with a unique style, inspired by the traditional rhodian houses.

There are three types of residences (small, medium and large). All have covered parking spaces that lead you straight into the yard. Most have private swimming pools resembling the old cisterns of a village. The residents of “Pano Lahania” will be enjoying fresh country air, beautiful scenery and the tranquillity of a village life.
